(RA2 & Yuri's Revenge)
Ok, so what is your favorite unit or building?

Mine:
I prefer the Allied Battle Fortress, you can put a lot of chrono dudes in there and rip up some buildings very quickly.
And on the Soviets I love the Flak Trak for its speed and mobility and ability to carry up to five troops.
On the Yuri side I dig the Master mind for its unlimited but quick use of the mind control technology.

Allies: Prism tank they kill everything in groups.
Yuri: Flying Discs always fun.

Favorite units

Allies:Prism Tanks and Mirage Tanks-prisms for their long-range ownage, and mirages for their ability to quickly take down infantry and tanks.

Soviets:Boris, Terror Drone, Apocalypse Tank, Kirov Airship, Giant Squid

Boris, because he can take down any infantry and he's very effective against tanks as well, and doesn't have to be right next to a structure to destroy it. Terror drones, because massing on them counters those mindless Grizzly, Rhino, and Apocalypse Tank rushes. Apocalypse tanks speak for themselves. Kirovs for their building owning potential. Giant squids because they stop ships cold.

Yuri:Lasher Tank, Yuri Clone, Virus, Initiate, Gattling Tank

Lashers, because of their speed. Yuri Clones for mind control ability. Viruses because of their ability to absolutely annihilate infantry masses. Initiates because they don't need to deploy to fire and they are effective as structures as well as infantry. Gattling Tanks because of their anti-infantry and anti-air capabilities and their use in long battles.

Allies: IFV Combined with all sorts of infantry, of course. Truly amazing what you can do. Go put a Crazy Ivan in one and see what happens! :D

Soviets: Apocalypse Tank. Need I say more?

Yuri: Virus. 'specially in an IFV. On top of a cliff.

Unique units:
Allies: Sniper. FTW.

Soviets: Demo-Truck. FTW

Yuri: Would have to be Yuri Prime.

Buildings:
Allies: Spy Sattelite.

Soviets: Iron Curtain!!! FTW!!!

Yuri: Grinder.

I also like the V3, but sence I had a modded version of RA2, I don't think they can shoot across a big map, but if I had another RA2, I'd make sure to change to rules.ini so it could happen lol.

I want RA2 so bad, :(, the bad part is that it's only $5 and my dad won't let me get it -.-

The Conscript must be my favourite. Cheap and fast to produce, so you can easily zerg rush the enemy. :)

In buildings I like the Ore Refinery. Without it you would go nowhere :D

The prism tank is nice, but if there's water around, gimme a few Carriers, a few Aegis Cruisers and a decent destroyer screen and the enemy is toast...

Bummer. A while ago, I belonged to a damn decent forum called "Wargrounds" that died a slow fizzling death. I was hoping to avoid that this time. Are there many veterans sticking around? At the Wargrounds we had ten or twelve folks that formed a nice core community for a long time.

Well, I'll do my best to chip in. I think that the command and conquer universe, and specifically the Red Alert universe is one the most engaging and fulfilling works of fiction ever to come about in game form.
