Red Alert 1 and no sound at all

Hi. Ive just downloaded game, installed it correctly. But there is no sound in the game at all. What should I do?

And one more question: can I play RA1 in window? Because graphics is not good at all :P

Don't run the DOS version. Run RA95.exe
