C&C RA 95 help

I have the game installed and all of that good stuff. I am having only one problem: My engineers wont capture any buildings they just damage them even if the building's HP is above 75%. Can someone please help me?

Gotta shoot em with soldiers or tanks until their energy bar is in the red. Then when you select the building with an enegineer , it should show green arrows.

in aftermath you only got to damage 25% of it to take over it. original ra 75 % of it has to be damaged
