darn... :(
last night i was recording and every time i played it back there was a crackling noise, today I tried to listen to music and...darn...my sound card appears to have died. everything else is working fine, so i dunno if ive just fried it or what. kinda sucks cos im in the middle of recording a few tracks :(

Buy a new one; sounds cards are dirt cheap nowadays.

its come alive again...i dont know how or why...but somehow...
yay! :D
and just got 20 quid off my bro for packing clothes into boxes (hes buying/selling on ebay and actually making a fortune) so I can almost afford my Tascam :D (little thing for recording studio quality rather than straight into the soundcard)
