duuuude, I just got excluded (suspended) from school for 3 days...

never been in any real trouble before but oh hell. I had an unofficial website for my school which I set up 4 years ago when I was still a little kid. It had photoshopped images of a few teahers and pupils.

the school finally found out about it today and were interviewing people and stuff and eventually they got me and I was like 'yeah it was me, it was all me, i know it was stupid, im willing to face the consequences but i find it a bit unfair seeing as I didn't even know the thing still existed.'

so yeah, I'm out... my parents will kill me and it'll be on my permanent record that I got excluded for slandering staff members...

balls!

a few things i found funny about it:

1 ) one of the pics (but not one i made) was portraying the guy who was interviewing me as being satan :D
2 ) they put it down as 'slander and libel' for the charge. Neither of those exist in Scotland
3 ) my bro's a lawyer and he says the school can do nothing and the teachers involved can do nothing besides :
- filing a charge against me, costing them thousands of pounds, to sue me for defamation, which they would lose because I put a disclaimer on the site saying it was all a joke, and also I have no money to sue me for.

damn i have style! :P

permanent record is a record of everything you do in education throughout your life. it goes with you all the way. All your exam results are on it, all your exclusions, your school attendance, your reports, that kinda crap

permanent record *koof* *koof* Joke joke...... dude no one looks at it the thing dosnt realy exist. Exam records are kept by the examiner all you need is the little bit of paper with the results on for anyjob ect. And maybe a recomendation and to be frank just get it from your best teacher. Thats all you need!!!

P.s WWW.Ratemyteacher.com (http://WWW.Ratemyteacher.com) :D

P.P.S Is day time TV anygood? im gona be at uni next year and....... :D

P.P.P.S permanent record is so unfeasable i mean come on think off ALL the kids in england alone and that theres some 'record' that follows them? its hard enough just keeping the electoral register in order let alone this 'permanent record' Most that can happen is a boss ect may phone up your previous school and ask about you (Very unlikly if you have a recomendation) and find out that way..... i mean also how old are you? your in secondary school right? I got about 50+ detentions a year and my sixth form has NO clue about them :D

Yea, unis don't have any more communication with your school unless they specificly ask for it which only happens in certain cases.
I haven't heard about this record, unless it's hidden away in a secret bunk at my school. It's not on the computer system either 'cos I've had a look.

no its a massive cover up :D its on the simpsons and other tv shows so kids think it is real and schools just use it to threaten you.

Permanent records are the biggest bunch of bull**** out there, do you really think university's care if you skipped class the third of april or that you had a bad site with photoshoped pictures of teachers?? no.

Seriously the only thing uni cares about is your marks, and if you will graduate, graduating is money, graduating is succes, succes + money = growth and publicity and larger projects = more money thats all they care about.

University isnt a school anymore its a factory which strives for the largests proffit possible.

Youre not a person anymore in uni no your a number:
Group number, name, and studentnumber linked with marks thats all you are.

Welcome to the real world
