I've been using scorpio9a's LAN patch (http://www.understorm.net/cnc/lan/ts_ra2.php), but I switched from Windows Vista 64-bit to Windows 7 64-bit and now the patch stopped working. But it seems to work fine on Windows 7 32-bit. It gives me this error when I try to start Tiberian Sun with the LAN patch:

Red Alert 2 does start but when I try going to the network lobby I immediately return to the main menu. Anyone know how to solve this?
