For those who don't remember:
Nadia- appeared in RA. She was the head of the GUGV, controlled all the intelligence and counter-espionage operations in USSR. Personal adviser of Stalin (their relations were much further than professional).
In the end we learn that she was an agent of the Brotherhood. Killed by Kane (who was Stalin's "special" adviser, and the "brain" behind the whole military campaign, which was just a preamble for the Tiberian Wars).
Tanya Adams- appeared in RA*. Fought against the Soviet forces from the beginning of the invasion. Because of her special skills as a "Civilian expert" on guerilla fighting, she received a special rank, and was given orders straight from General Gunther von Esling.
Because of her being a civilian and receiving an unusually high security level (in other words she knew much about Aliied war plans), she was accepted with suspicion and disdain by other generals [and probably the fact that she was a woman didn't added popularity]. Tanya was captured by the Soviets during the war, but escaped thanks to a rescue mission. Received a Victoria Cross for valour "in the face of the enemy".
Lieutenant Oxanna Kristos- appeared in TS. Although known to the general public as NOD journalist and news reporter, she was a high-class officer in the Black Hand of NOD, and was the head of Psycological Warfare department. During the STW Oxanna became a personal assistant of General Anton Slavick, and served, in fact, as the second in BH command.
When Slavick was captured by the GDI puppet-dictator Hassan, she lead a small force of BH elite soldiers, disguised as journalists, to rescue him. Likely that their relations went far from just professional.
Umagon- appeared in TS. Mutant, one of the leaders of "the Forgotten". Fought against the Brotherhood in STW. Put much effort in rescueing mutant's leader- Tratos, who was captured by NOD. During the war met GDI Commander Michael McNeil, and their friendship helped to bring GDI and Forgotten together. This cooperation was weaken by NOD's provocations and almost ended after Tratos' death.
Dr. Boudreau-appeared in FS. The head of GDI's scientific team, which studied Tiberium and alien artifact Tacitus. Managed to escape from CABAL's attack on the main GDI research center, after his rebellion.

*I speak of the "real", "authentic" Tanya here, and not about the "hollywood cheap action movies style" parody- RA2.
