No practice. A true test of skills is not knowing your opposition and being able to adapt in midgame. Flak ought to make a few tournament maps so no one knows how to play it.

i have a suggestion: I contact my opponent by myself and ask him if he wants to do the game asap. a person will be observer (maybe you, eaglemc ??), takes screenies and reports the battle to Flak, so he can note down the battle.

just set up some friendly matches where anyone can play anyone else on these forums once and the results get posted. then like at the end of each month or whatever announce who won the most games (against different people)

prolly no prize.

I would play for a copy of Emperor. I've kinda been looking for that game, but too lazy to get it off of ebay or something.

despite the league is called off, madbadger and me did that game after all. hopalongt was observer and he will make the report later and maybe even add the screenshots.

Meh, i lost basically to Rhino spam :( then again..... THE RESOLUTION WAS FRICKIN TINY!!!! i have never played any game in 640 x 540 for at least 12 years ffs and that was Popeye!!!! when hes got his monitor sorted ill play him at a good resi IE. 1280 x 960

thou i did swipe his Nuke plant and a war even after he knew i had a choppen n tanyas around :D

like I sad before, the only way to fix it is by buying a new monitor :P.
well, you lost of mutilple reason: my desos, rhino's, my subs and even my apoc which killed almost 3 mirages :P.although you didn't lost without doing some critical damage: capturing my nuclear plant and one of my WFs should had been my dead (I sold my CY for some extra money) if I hadn't my tanks already. although I could had rushed ya very, very easily on that small map :P.

I already did, although it's a very unbalanced map and players can't use much strategies. it's a rush map which favours the soviet much early game.
