C&C3 Community Summit

Hey guys,
I've just been given permission to inform you that I'll be attending the C&C3 Community Summit at the EA Los Angeles Studio next week along with around 30 other C&C and gaming community members. I'll be leaving Sunday lunchtime and will arrive back in the sunny (HA) UK Thursday lunchtime.

I can't tell you the details of what we will see or hear but I can tell you it'll be super cool and very exciting! Plus if all else fails HeXetic will be there and we all know what he's like.

I'll be taking some photos and write a report of the event but won't be able to post that immediately - there will be a restriction due to various weird legal factors but it'll be online as soon as I'm allowed to post it.

Yeah it would have been cool if you could have gone - cos I went to the last two.

I almost couldn't go - had to cancel a shift at work last minute which they weren't too impressed about - but had no choice. At least their other casual worker could replace me. I told them I'd bring them back a present.

I'm also missing most of the project week at university where we're supposed to do a lot of project work, and I had to rearrange a meeting with my personal tutor.... but it'll be worth it. I'm far ahead enough with my project that it won't make any real difference anyway.

Did Aaron tell you I was taking your place or did he keep that hush hush too? Cos I couldnt tell you due to the NDA etc.

EA wanted to invite CnCWorld and CnCCommunity as CnCWorld has been an active C&C fansite since 1999. chickendippers was their first choice as I already attended the events for Lord Of The Rings : BFME and BFME2, but he couldn't attend so I was invited again, as owner of the site :)
