Happy New Year I've got some new files for you!

Puts Havoc's face on Timed C4!

Turns the Proxy Mines a very cool silver colour.
New Boss Generals Mod (http://www.cncworld.org/downloads/index.php?act=view&id=365) by BoDaay
A Zero Hour mod which makes the following changes:
- Replaced Gatling base defense with Laser defense,
- Replaced Fire Base defense with a propaganda center,
- All upgrades are in Propaganda Center instead of superweapon buildings,
- Since nothing reveals the map, I have added CIA Int. with one minute reload time,
- Added Junk repair upgrade,
- Laser Defense has mines as well.
