Areas may be somewhat cramped in a couple of areas, but there is NO shortage of resources, You start with a Secret lab, 2 Tech Power Plants, an Airport, and 2 oil derricks. The area is rather quiet because The Red Army has evacuated the area to the most part. There is rumored to be an old Spy Sat outpost in the center, long abandoned, but not noticed by the Soviets.
