    Default how can't i get online on red alert 2

    can someone help me i went online on red alert 2 about 1 day ago and it sent me out of the online thing i think no one can go online please . HELP ME PLEASE

    check your internet connection properties and make sure you dont have a Firewall running. If it's not the windows firewall then you might have a seperate firewall program on your pc which is blocking it.


    im not sure how port forwarding works, thats a seperate thing to think about if its not a firewall, think dippers or someone might be able to talk about that.

    me again i don't think anyone can get on i tri that thing u said did not work thanks any way can anyone get online on red alert 2

    what a router. it say when i go on the internet on red alert 2 fetching server list and then like two mins later it say could not connect to westwood online,check your internet connotion. please help

    Yeah, the problem could indeed be because of a router, when you use a router your pc gets a different ip, so your router gets an ip, and you get another ip, that could indeed be the problem you are having

    wow... im glad yougave such a clear unambiguous description there rodge =P

    who set up your connection gero? cos theyre probably the best person to ask about what router settings or whatever you are using.

    yeah, i know, but i couldn't find the words i needed to give a more clear explanation, did the best I could, I'm not native english u see...

    And just because a person can set up the connection, doesn't mean he can fix the problem...

    (i was joking rodge =P)

    and i know that they wouldnt necessarily be able to do it, but theyre likely to have more idea about the workings of it than somebody who has never done it before... =P
