I would like to BETA test your mod Just tell me what important stuff I may need to know before I start (If I'm acepted)
Like other than Playing and dissusing the mod.

Yes, testing is the most important thing.
What aspects of YR modding can you accomplish? (maps? graphics? coding?)

Unfortunalty I am not that good at Coding or graphics. I can design maps but not script them.
But I can give feedback on the mod (advice that may make the mod more enjoyable to the player), I could also search the web for some Voxals/SHPs to be used in the mod (an extra hand in searching is always helpfull)
I am a long time Yuri's Revenge Player and I have played the BETA of this mod and found Whigon's rules is better than the existing Moo-man's Rules mod.
I am mostly a long time player (Fan) and I feel I need to give somthing back to the C&C comunity.
As a first bit of advice, since the Allied and Soviet gates are disigned to be like the walls, a Yuri one will be diffult, but I think a slight alteration (Yuri wall spikes and slight colour change) to the gates in Tiberian Sun could be used as a Yuri gate.

You cannot compare a mod like mine to a mod like Moomans Rules. He has been modding since a long time ago. I just recently started modding. Plus his mod doesnt use the rock patch. So its not even close to compare my mod to his.

Well, Moo's may be better if wthigon's had no Rock Patch. But since wthigon's has the Rock Patch (and I'm sick of MooMan's Rules right now), I can collectively say that I like wthigon's Rules better at this time.
