Please post ideas here only pertaining to multiplayer modes. The title of your post should be a few words that generally describe your idea, or the name of the multiplayer mode.

These are the ideas that were on the first CNC VISION site, made up of user submissions and ideas taken from the official forums, credit is given after the idea in parenthesis:

--King of the Hill:
One person starts with a big base and two or four players have to work together to take the "king" down. Also possible with team melee.

--Capture the Flag
(Opinion made by many forum members)

--Two people controlling the same base mode (team melee from starcraft)
(Discussed among a few members in the forums)

--2 Minute Build Mode:
You get a certain amount of money and you get two minutes to build whatever you want. Everything builds instantly in these two minutes. This would allow for instant action when the game starts.

--2 Minute Build Mode (Expanded on Ekklitz's Idea) :
You get a set amount of time to build a base up. When the timer stops, you are not allowed to build structures anymore. You have to protect the units and structures you have at this time and use them to win the battle.

--Age of mythology has SIM MODE: where you are an actual person and you can buy units from stalls- You tell your unit to go and stand on a mat next to a shop and you can buy an archer or equip yourself with an bow. This Mode could be called Rising Power Mode or dictator Mode- You earn money by killing enemy units, buying a tiberium refinery, or buying a sea tiberium refinery. Some extra features that aren't in AOM could be buying properties- for example a mansion surrounded by bunkers that you can garrison- if your character dies- your side dies. So it makes sense to buy a property. Other RPG modes they have on Age of mythology are Escape- This is where there is a maze and there are two sides- attackers and defenders. Defenders can build defenses quickly and attackers build units quickly- if the defenders are still alive after 15 mins they win and the attackers lose.
