Please post ideas here only pertaining to GDI Structures. Please place the name of the structure in the title of the post, and then describe it in the post.

These are the ideas that were on the first CNC VISION site, made up of user submissions and ideas taken from the official forums, credit is given after the idea in parenthesis:

--Capsule Launcher: Launches a variety of transport capsules on enemy or battlefield. Deploying on ground or in air for differing effects.
(benshivd06)

--Bring back the component towers, but with even more components.
(Steven)
The towers could perhaps specialize in killing certain units.
(jsuh0107)

Structure that will house net launchers that capture attacking troops. Troops will be imprisoned for conversion. Reset timer used.
(benshivd06)

As a structure is upgraded it "expands" by adding rooms or wings therefore
changing the structures appearance.

I agree with this idea, but components that "Specialize in killing certain units" would weaken your defences. As Major Kusanagi said in GITS 1: "Overspecialize and we breed in weakness", not the best refrence I know but it was the best I could think of. One thing I would like to see is CT's of varying height so that weapons like disruptors and railguns could be efective down low, while vulcan cannons, anti-armor missles and possibly sniper turrets would have more clearance, better vantage point up high -I think this is what the C&C3 Dev team had in mind when they designed the Vulcan Tower as was seen in the Liepzig videos.

Personaly I think this would suit Nod better, like the Cyborg Reapers in TS, 'cause what would GDI do with them -the snared infantry- after that?
Shooting them would be wrong on so many levels, not to mention it would probably violate the Geneva Convention. And don't say it doesn't apply, that's just a cop-out. GDI doesn't have any POW camps-that we know of- and if they did what good would it do them?

Its takes to much time to build CTs, i remember trying to hastly defend my base in TS id have to build a CT then build a Turret and then it would prob explode as i moused over it to add the Turret, then i would have to cancell and it would start over again! So it would be better to just have premade towers with there respective turret.
