Changes:
Tiberium Value Doubled [Tripled] in Skirmish
Unit and Building Build Speed Halved
Kill XP Doubled


Installation:
Move Config.txt out of C\Program Files\Electronic Arts\CnC 3 KW\Core\1.2 and place mod files to the same folder.

Uninstall: Remove mod files and put Config.txt back
