This is impossible. Look at these pictures from Red Alert 1:

Exhibit A:

Premier Joseph Stalin (In pink shirt.) with Kane. (Standing.)

Exhibit B:

Yuri and Stalin sitting together, developing their fiendish plans for Psychic warfare on the allies.

Stalin died at the end of Red Alert 1, so both these men were obviously adults at the same time. How then, can Yuri be Kane's son?
