Problem with Red Alert 2 - windows 7 windowed

Hello,
i have REd alert 2 in my windows 7 64bit but when i open the game i see it in small resolution and like windowed. i cant minimize or close it, i've tried to change the resolution in-game and it doesn't works.

and i see behind a black screen....

what can i do?

Change the game resolution in the game's settings? I do believe it's a main menu option...

aside from adjusting the resolution in game you can go adjust the options.ini file line for resolution to a value that is within the limitations of both the video card and the monitor... Just make sure that you back up the file before doing this.
