Added LT-312 Tank for Yuri Country. Tank has a powerful mutagenic laser that mutates infantry into brutes and quickly annihalates vehicles and buildings quickly.

The LT-312 sounds a little overbalanced :S

Could be in WTHR, but in CNC Nuked it matches the prism tank and apocalypse

since it has a bit weak armour
