critical error after choosing the option 'counterstrike' at menu.

Hi,

last week I installed RA1 for some old-school fun.
played the game with a lot of 'oh yea' and 'aah riiight' :-)

but when i ended both compains i decided to DL counterstrike and afterm.

When mounting my CD for aftermath, i can play the first sovjet mission, (the one with the subs)

But when mounting the counterstrike CD and clicking on in menu on 'counterstrike' the pop-up screen comes with no missions, only black screen with OK and CANCEL.
when i want to click OK i hear the windows error sound and game freezes.

anyone has an idea what this is?

(using windows 7, 64bit.)

Antony: It might be handy to know where you got your RA, and what you did to install it. There are very handy download packs over at http://redalert95.tk/ nowadays, and tech support for them is offered at the chat channel of http://cncnet.org.

What the hell? RA1 is freeware, dude. Stop spewing nonsense like that.
