These are the ideas that were on the first CNC VISION site, made up of user submissions and ideas taken from the official forums, credit is given after the idea in parenthesis:
In TS Nod developed subterranean technology. I would like to see Nod move more to the underground in this game and become more stealthy. Some structures should become submerged. Nod MCVs should deploy like they did in Emperor Battle For Dune by digging underground. Nod War Factories should just have the door showing on the ground. This submersion should make Nods structures slightly more stronger than GDI structures (both faction MCVs should be equal health though). Stealth generators are a must too.
They should have more sub units. They should be able to fight each other. So if your playing against a Nod team in multiplayer you can fight them underground.
They should also have a subterranean missles which is by standard an EMP but with an upgrade causing a mini earthquake weakening structures and causing them to be disable for a while. This should topple over some units which GDI would have to pick up with a carrier to turn them back over.
Mutant hijackers in TIberian Sun were way too expensive and you could only use one. Engineers should be able to hijack units.
