In Tiberium Wars, each side should be very different. Balance should not follow the rock paper scissors format. Units should not be made more general to ensure better balance, but should be very unique (like what was laid down in Tiberian Sun). Nod should have stealth and subterranean technology, GDI should have mechs and hover technology. Each side should be very different, and still be balanced.
